2021 Fat Bob manual

Manual has paid for itself several times over already. Thanks again.

My first oil change

I planned to use the service manual to talk me through my first motorcycle oil change. First thing that I noticed is that the images showed a zoomed in view of parts locations. Being a neophyte, I also needed a zoomed out view because I had difficulty locating the part. I also noticed that images were from (necessarily) both the left and right side view. An image including the front tire would have been most helpful.

The oil change is done, but I didn't change the huge o ring on the transmission because I couldn't find a part number.
It would have saved me a bunch of time if the manual had indicated what the proper socket/allen/star/whatever size was.
I noticed that when I put the bike on my lift, there was no room for an oil pan. Thus, I overfilled the transmission.
Having the proper torque values (in most places) gave me confidence that I was going to be ok. Thanks!
In the end, I found a youtube video that was much more helpful. But thanks. I know that a lot of manhours went into making that manual; I have done that sort of work professionally. Having it available on-line was awesome!
I'm sure that I will have more comments as time goes on.
